Service Agreement — AI Mailer by Logogo Designs

1. Scope of Work. Logogo Designs LLC ("we", "us") agrees to design, print, and deliver a custom direct mail postcard ("Mailer") on behalf of the client ("you") to approximately 5,000 homes via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). The Mailer will be produced using AI-assisted design tools based on the information and assets you provide in this form.

2. Payment. Full payment is required before your Mailer enters production. We will send you a Stripe payment link via email or text after reviewing your submission. No work begins until payment is confirmed.

3. Design Approval. You will receive a digital proof for review and approval before anything goes to print. By approving the proof, you confirm the design is correct. Logogo Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

4. Revisions. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Additional revision rounds may incur a fee.

5. Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of direct mail, refunds are not available once your design has been approved and sent to print. If production has not started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Delivery Timeline. We typically deliver within 2–3 weeks of payment confirmation and design approval. Delays caused by USPS, third-party printers, or incomplete information provided by the client are outside our control.

7. Content Responsibility. You represent that all content, logos, images, and offers you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Logogo Designs is not liable for claims arising from inaccurate or unauthorized content.

8. Recurring Plans. If you selected a monthly or quarterly mailing plan, billing will recur on the same schedule until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle by contacting us directly. No refunds for billing cycles already processed.

9. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in Boulder County, CO.
