LOCAL MAILER ADVERTISING AGREEMENT — Logogo Designs LLC
1. Service
Company will include Client's advertisement in a shared direct mail postcard distributed to ~5,000 households per campaign — including ad design (if requested), 1 of 9 exclusive spots, a QR code, and USPS distribution.

2. Payment
Monthly Plan: $348 auto-billed every 30 days via Stripe. One-Time Drop: $448. All payments are non-refundable once the mailer is submitted for printing.

3. Term & Cancellation
Monthly clients may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle with at least 7 days notice. A minimum of 2 cycles is recommended to see results.

4. Exclusivity
Client is the only business in their service category on that mailer for the selected campaign.

5. Ad Content
Client may provide their own ad or have Company design one at no charge. Company may adjust sizing and layout for consistency, and may refuse inappropriate content.

6. No Guarantee of Results
